Childhood Disinigrative Disorder is a regressive neurological disorder that is also known as Heller's Syndrom and disinigrative psychosis. A child with CDD will usually develop normally for their early years then suddenly regress backwards and undergo a drastic loss of abilities in language, motor skills and social interaction. Regression usually occurs between the ages of 2-10.
